My name is John Glanvill. I’m an a complex anxiety therapist by profession. Years ago, I experienced crippling self-consciousness, anxiety, OCD and depression myself.

I refused to believe that fear was simply something I had to live with. So I studied it. I tested approaches. I researched how the brain, body and energy systems interact. And gradually, I retrained my own mind and calmed my own body.

For over twenty years since, I’ve worked with intelligent, thoughtful people whose minds were working against them instead of for them. I’ve seen thousands move from exhaustion and doubt to steadiness and confidence.
